Covid-19: Kitovu Mobile field staff up sleeves for handling rising GBV cases during lockdown

Kitovu Mobile DREAMS project field coordinators in Kyotera and Rakai District, have had a two-day training to further build their capacity to effectively handle Gender Based Violence Cases (GBV)
The development aims at ensuring effective handling of the increasing GBV cases among Adolloscent Girls and Young Women(AGYW) under the DREAMS project in the two Districts where Kitovu Mobile implements project.
Currently,many cases of defilement and other cases,have been reported by AGYW and need help in form of making the offenders brought to book as well as giving survivors the very services needed by them. This depends on the nature of GBV
